Direct Deposit
Cuyahoga Community College has partnered with BankMobile to provide student refund services. The services are easy to use and can deliver refunds faster and more securely.
BankMobile offers two options for students to receive their refunds:
- BankMobile Vibe Account
- Direct deposit through a checking or savings account
What do students need to do?
Making your refund choice is easier than before! You can now make your refund choice by logging in to your My Tri-C Space. You no longer need a personal code.
- Log in to my.tri-c.edu
- Go to the Paying for College tab and click the "Make Refund Choice" button.
- Select from 1 of 2 options:
- Direct deposit to an existing checking account.
Or
- Deposit to a BankMobile Vibe account.

Change Your Refund Preference
If you've previously made a refund choice, follow the steps below to change your preference:
- Visit www.refundselection.com and choose “Log In” located in the top right corner.
- Look for "Refunds" at the top of the page, and then choose "Refund Preferences" from the drop down options.
- From here, you can add or change a personal bank of your choice or choose the BankMobile Vibe account.
